Graeme has been successful in obtaining TWO more grants from the Friends of Parks Small Grants programs: This follows the successful bid for a Grassroots Grant from the SAAL Landscape Board to produce a foldout brochure of the “Most commonly seen birds of Arkaroola and the Northern Flinders Ranges”. This was advised in July 2022.
Fifteen endangered Chuditch aka Western Quoll (Dasyurus geoffreii) from Taronga Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo were released into the Vulkathunha-Gammon Ranges National Park in November 2022. These complement the 25 that were released in April 2022. Read more here: WQrelease
